Massively positive place. The owners are ridiculously helpful at all times. There is a restaurant downstairs which is lovely - they do massive pizzas - see my photo. Rooms are functional and very good value for money. Very comfy beds, electric shower and tea and coffee provided in the room. Parking is available 4 min walk away, quite literally not really even that. It is £5 for 10 hours so pretty much £5 a day you can stop outside and upload the car with ease. Parking is in bluebell car park. Breakfast is available - great quality. We had offers of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and then cooked breakfast as well amazing value. It is served 0800-0900. Coffee was also greattttt quality - and I like my coffee!

Fabulous stay at the Strickland Arms! The room was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfy. Delicious food served in the pub, especially Penny's Pies!! Staff were very friendly and assisted with any request made. We will definitely stay again!!
